New Orleans(AP) - Brian Franco's 30-yard field goal in overtime capped a furious Bulls' rally and handed the Breakers their fifth straight loss.

The Bulls, 5-12, forced the overtime on Robby Mahfouz' 42-yard TD pass to Perry Kemp with 77 seconds left.

Buford Jordan gained 198 yards and scored twice for New Orleans, 8-9.
