TAMPA(AP) - In Tampa, an announced crowd of 41,226 paid its way in to see John Reaves' third-quarter touchdown bombs of 47 yards to Larry Brodsky and 57 yards to Jerry Price propel the Tampa Bay Bandits past Baltimore 28-14 and into a first-place tie with Birmingham in the Eastern Conference.

Reaves' bombs snapped a 7-7 halftime tie. Their first score came on a 2-yard run by Gary Anderson, who finished the game with 106 yards rushing.
