LOS ANGELES (AP) - Running back Allen Harvin rushed 26 times for 111 yards and two fourth-quarter touchdowns to lead the Baltimore Stars to a 17-6 victory over the Los Angeles Express Sunday afternoon in a United States Football League game.

Harvin iced the game when he ran 21 yards to pay dirt with 1:53 remaining. Harvin capped a 67-yard, 12-play drive when he plunged over from the two-yard line with 3:15 remaining for the Stars' first touchdown.

Quarterback Chuck Fusina, who completed 15-24 passes for 191 yards, found wide receiver Scott Fitzkee for 14-, 8-, and 14-yard completions and scrambled for nine more in the drive.

The Baltimore scoring drive was kept alive when defensive end Ray Cattage tackled Fusina out of bounds for a personal foul, giving the Stars first and 10 at the Express 25.

Express place-kicker Tony Zendejas opened the scoring when he booted a 48-yard field goal with 8:13 remaining in the first quarter.

David Trout tied the score at the 2:15 mark of the first quarter with a 28-yard field goal.

Zendejas, who has supplied all the Express scoring in their last two outings, added a 35-yard field goal with 8:59 left in the game to give the Express a 6-3 lead.
