Attendance: 41,381, TV: ESPN

TAMPA (AP) - Gary Anderson rushed for 182 yards, Including a 51-yard touchdown run to lead Tampa Bay to a 23-13 United States Football League victory over the Arizona Outlaws Saturday.

Anderson's scoring run capped the Bandits' opening drive and gave them a lead the Outlaws could never top, despite frantic attempts by quarterback Doug Williams.

The Bandit defense, thinned by injuries to two starters during the game, Intercepted Williams twice, both times in the Bandit end zone, and sacked him three times.

Bandit quarterback John Reaves appeared erratic at times, but duplicated some of his heroics against San Antonio last week, completing 18 of 36 passes for 204 yards, suffering only one sack and no interceptions.
