WASHINGTON,DC (AP) - Oklahoma improved its record to 6-2 by winning its third straight game, 20 to 16, and keeping Washington winless. Quarterback Doug Williams, who hit 24 of 44 passes for 334 yards, passed eight yards to Ron Wheeler with 57 seconds left for the Outlaws' winning touchdown, climaxing a 93-yard drive. Williams finished with 24 of 44 passes for 333 yards.
