LOS ANGELES (AP)- Doug Williams threw one touchdown pass and Reggie Brown ran for a score to lead the Arizona Outlaws to a 21-10 victory over Los Angeles in what could be the Express' last home game.

An estimated crowd of 8,200 fans at suburban Pierce College attended the game, which had been shifted from the Coliseum in an attempt to attract more fans from the 2.1 million San Fernando Valley residents.

The Express has the worst record. 3-14. and the worst attendance to the U.S. Football League.
