OAKLAND (AP) - Kevin Nelson rushed for a club-record 118 yards and one touchdown and Tony Zendejas kicked a 40-yard field goal to lead the Los Angeles Express to a 10-0 USFL victory over the Oakland Invaders.

The Express was able to shake off six turnovers as they one their first contest of the season. Oakland, the defending Pacific Division champs, fell to 0-3.

Zendejas' field goal came late in the final quarter and capped a 38-yard, 12-play drive. Nelson scored late in the contest on a 13-yard run.
