LOS ANGELES (AP) - Steve Young, Los Angeles' rookie quarterback, won his first game in three starts when he scored on a one-yard plunge in overtime for the 23-17 home-field victory over Memphis. Tony Zendejas of the Express sent the game into overtime with a 27-yard field goal with one second left in regulation. Young completed 22 of 34 passes for 358 yards.
