PHILADELPHIA(AP) - Allen Harvin ran for touchdowns of 1 and 19 yards and set up a score by Kelvin Bryant with a 44-yard option pass as Philadelphia built a 24-0 hung on to defeat the Birmingham Stallions 31-10 and improve their league-leading record to 15-2.
The Stars, who clinched the Atlantic Division title two weeks ago, played to a crowd of 15,585 at Veterans Stadium.
